This bachelor work solves project documentation of a high standard detached house . The building is designed on gently sloping land in the village of Dolní Heřmanice. Access to the building is from the local paved road, the entrance to the house is on the first floor. The house is designed as a standalone house with two floors, the second floor is above the portion of the first floor. Roofing of the building is a combination of two flat roofs and pent roof. The structural system of the house is made of brick blocks, including the ceiling construction. It is designed for a family of four.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a high standard detached house in Litomyšl, Záhraď. Terrain at the buidling site is almost flat and it is situated at periphery of the town. The house is designed as a separately standing, two-storeyed building and it is partly cellared. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete, vertical structures are made of the Porotherm system. The whole roofing of the house is flat – one part is designed as a green roof and the rest is made of PVC foil weighted with gravel. All constructions correspond with the applicable ČSN standards.

This bachelor thesis focuses on drafting and completing documentation of detached house with built-in dental laboratory. The building is set in north developing part of town Moravany. The house can accommodate four to six residents, while the spacious laboratory allows a workplace for up to four dental technicians. The object is designed as a standalone two-storey house with partial basement. You can enter the ground floor thought the main entrance, situated on the north side of the building. There you can also find a parking lot with four parking spaces. House rooms for accommodation are focused in the south-east section and laboratory in the western section of the house. The building use combined construction system. The load-bearing system is made of DURISOL wood-cement skeleton. Materials from HELUZ company were chosen for horizontal constructions, HELUZ MIAKO for the roof system. House cover consists of single-layer flat roof with a waterproofing layer made out of SBS modified asphalt membrane. The project was created using ArchiCAD software in BIM environment. The thesis lays great emphasis on proper layout and architectural solution, structural requirements, and safe use of the building.

The object has two terraces.

The house is a stand – alone construction of two above ground and one below ground levels. The support systém is based on wall ceramic blocks. It is a two-story family house with a partial basement. The family house has an indoor pool. The vertical supporting structures are made of ceramic blocks with mineral wool filling. The non-basement part of the building is based on plain concrete foundations. The foundations will be connected in stages. The basement part consists of a white bathtub. The horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof of the building is a gable roof over the living area and a single-layer flat roof over the pool.
